These skills are about understanding how to structure decisions to achieve a goal. You need to be able to apply strategic frameworks to analyze decisions and provide strong rationale.
Frameworks
Frameworks are mental models that help you quickly identify a decision. Frameworks aren't meant to be directly applied out of the box, but they are great starting points that you can tweak to fit your situation. Most of these frameworks help you orient a large strategic problem and cover known bases.
Concepts
There are a large number of strategic concepts out there, but you'll come to find that most are variants and plays on each other applied to different problem sets. There's a lot of literature out there, but for starting purposes, you just need to know the following:
